Turning 40 breastfeeding and trying to lose tummy fat

Hi all,
Turning forty soon, I am still breastfeeding my 2 year old. In the last few months I have really gained some fat around the tummy region.
I am starting a healthier year with less drinking and more exercise!
I am looking for a supporting group to chat with in this community.
