Suggestions need please

Can some of you give me some suggestions with workouts and healthy eating because I am overweight I have been overweight for years and I need help trying to get fit if you guys have any motivation or support or suggestions please tell me because I need help a lot

    The only thing you have to do to lose weight is eat fewer calories than your body uses in a day. Did you go through the set-up on this website and get a calorie goal? If yes, great! If not, go do that. Then log your food and hit your calories most of the time. Viola!

    what works for me is the "slow and steady wins the race" saying. I've lost 40 pounds over one year instead of some of those fast "get skinny quicker" schemes. Just take your time, be aware of the type of food you should be eating and how much. Don't beat yourself up if you slip up once in a while. Sign up at a gym to start to get active or just start by walking. If I can do it, anybody can! You can do this too!! Good luck!
