Okay so I am new to this. I’m a single mother who works full time and then comes home and takes care of 5 children. Not much time for an actual work out and frankly don’t have the money to eat healthy stuff. Someone help. Please.

Uh yeah, you sound super busy. Are you wanting to lose weight? Put your numbers into the MFP database and eat that amount. To lose weight, you need to eat a little less every day than you would normally do. That is it. When you have some spare time, go for a little walk. Start with 30 minutes. Your kids will be all grown up before you know it.

Dancing around with the kids for 20-30 mins could very possibly give you a great workout... as far as "healthy stuff" Moderation, Moderation, Moderation with small changes. Read the labels, now what a serving size is, log everything and stay within your calories...

There is no one perfect way in which to do this - yes, the ideal way would be for you to join a gym do cardio/weight training and eat absolutely nothing but organic/grass fed high nutrition food (I am being sarcastic here) but the reality is that success comes from movement and calorie deficit.

    Best of luck to you!!!
