Hello..any advice for me just started my journey

    Me too..... I am just taking it a day at a time and trying to plan what my days meals will look like. It’s hard at the moment as haven’t gone back to work yet so there is plenty of opportunity to become distracted.
    I love chocolate and I have found having a hot chocolate when I crave after my evening meal works. The brand I used is only 59 cals so it’s a winner.
    I am not into exercise either so forcing myself to at least walk daily. Building up my tolerance to this. Good Luck!

    Welcome!! You’re gonna do just fine! Just take it one day at a time. Set the amount of calories that you don’t want to go over, and make sure you don’t eat more than that.
