I select 30 g but it defaults to 10% and adds grams when exercise. I want 30 g. Period

  You need to have premium to not have exercise affect your macros.

  I had the same thing happen so now I do not add my exercise.

  I believe you need to pay for premium to set your macros by gram as well.

  If you don't want to buy premium (as others have mentioned), you are going to have to ignore the extra added grams and make sure your entries stay below your chosen amount.
