Open faced sandwich:
Pumpernickel bread, lightly toasted
natural peanut butter
thin sliced dill pickles
...can add a dash of hot sauce or plain potato chips - watch out, don't want it to get too salty
Some thin sliced cheddar and fried onions added would be good too

Thin crust pizza with bbq sauce, roasted garlic, red onions, chicken, pineapple, lots of cheese.
Ice cream for dessert, any kind will do. 😋3 -

Build a pita (tortilla works well too)
add hummus and hot sauce or dijon (yes it's a condiment sandwich)
roll up tightly, like making pinwheel sandwiches (but don't, just eat it whole)
