34 Pounds Down 28 to go!

A couple months ago I weighed aprox. 187.7 I was extremely un happy with my body. I decided to eat helathier and exercise only 30 minutes a day. I am now 34 pounds down with 28 pounds to go! Its not much but I am ready to loose it forever by changing my eating and exercising habits. On a journey to loving my self! Here are my before and after pics:
