Do I eat the goal or the remaining? Not sure which.

    The goal is the base number of calories you need per day to achieve the amount of weight loss you entered. It doesn't account for exercise, which expends additional calories. And in this case you have already eaten and logged 795 calories.

    So you are meant to eat the remaining calories.

    You may find over time that the estimates MFP gives for calories burned by exercise are inflated. For this reason some people choose to take the exercise number with a grain of salt and eat back only a portion of their exercise calories.

    It's kinda 'each to their own'. Lots of people say you should, some say they don't.. I personally tend to aim for my pre-exercise calories and only use the additional ones if I have a real hankering or am starving. I also like to save them so that cheat meals or alcohol on a night out etc. aren't that damaging over all :)

    Everyone is different - if you eat all of them and lose the weekly weight that you're aiming for then amazing! If you do but your loss is slower then I'd stick with the basic allowance.
