Help Keeping Motivated

I’ve been trying to get healthier and lose weight since 2014... it’s now 2019 and I’ve gained about 25-30 lbs since 2014 and am no longer feeling good about myself. I’ve lost 10 lbs before m, gained it back, lost 5, gained 10 back... I can’t seem to keep motivated to keep healthy habits and continuing exercising. Any tips to stay motivated?

I would suggest you download some good music and just show up daily. No excuses even when you don’t feel like going show up. Start slow and eventually you’ll get it.1

My motivation is am tried been fat.. you gotta find a reason weather it healthy..lower cholesterol...a pair if Jean...or face blowup..get that boost you need0
