I've started and restarted a million times. 2019 will be my year! This is the first year I have actually made "resolutions" Today is the first day, it won't be perfect, but it's a start.
I'm not the heaviest I've ever been, but the number has been creeping up the past few months.
I started 21 Day Fix workouts today. I plan to eat between 1500-1600 calories a day.
I'm 37 years old and I have 78lbs that I want gone. Add me as a friend and let's support each other reaching our goals. I started a blog (apparently you can't see them on phone app.?) But it's up. It gives a little background on me, and what my resolutions are for the year.
I look forward to making new connections and supporting others on their journey. Let's rock 2019!

Sounds like a plan. If you are not counting the negative calories for the workouts, you may be eating to little.1
