I just received my Ultimate Reset package and going to start the 21 days program next Monday! Who wants to join?
Looking for partners for accountability and support!
I want to lose a total of 20-25 lbs. Once I’m done with UR, I plan to start insanity!

    Sounds like a great idea, but the exercise programs aren't the key to your weight loss goal. Hopefully you are doing those for fitness, but make sure your calorie deficit is in order for the weight loss part. I bring that up because you didn't mention it (or a time frame for how long you expect it take you to lose those 20-25 lbs).

    I began the Insanity programme this morning with the Fit Test :)
    I've done month 1 before but stopped after 30 days. Hoping to stick to it this time.
    Best of luck with UR. I'll be here for support and motivation when you head back to Insanity :)
