hurt my leg and with the time I spent on my back I blew up to 430 lbs looking to go to gym as often as possible and wanting to lose 200 lbs. I know its not gonna be easy and am hoping to find someone in the Slidell, LA area looking to lose alot of weight also. Keep each other motivated. I am 55 male and motivated

    Did you ever find someone to workout with? I'm in Slidell as well. I go to LA Fitness. First day back there after a year and a half but trying to find some local workout buddies to help each other stay accountable.
