Turning 30 this year and fabulous!

Okay so i actually am not gonna bore you with a long drawn out post. I'll give you the cliff notes.....
I have been overweight since as far back as i can remember. Had 3 kids, went through an open adoption with my second son, have severe siezures, have a beautiful family, a great but stressful desk job, and fluctuate constantly between 270 and 280. Im looking to lose 100 pounds by next year. I always start off strong then something happens and i fall off the wagon and beat myself up for it making it worse. Sooo this year I decided to do something a little different. Not making any long term goals....just taking it day by day and including my kids in my workouts.     Good approach, 1 day at a time!!! If you fall off the wagon, just get back on and keep going. Always remember why you started this journey!! You can do this!!! :)

    Thank you soo much for the inspiration. I just have to keep reminding myself of that. Never give up and remember why i started. With all the great supoort up here and my family I'll get there. We will make our long term changes together. Thanks for being a part of this journey with me!💪🙏😊

    Congratulations! There is a lot of happiness in there as well as some great challenges. I share the beautiful family, stressful desk job, and constant ups and downs with the scales. Hang in there, day by day!
