Hi everyone,
Would love to connect with people who are in need of some accountability sharing! Staying on track is key and I'm trying to get back into yoga. I'd enjoy similar minded people who are in the 1200 calorie range.

Hi Ann. I just started my fitness journey back up again after three years of not doing much to help myself. According to my weight loss plan, I'm limited to 1250 calories/day. I'm 57 years old and can't wait any longer to get fit again. Let's do this!1
