    ARRRRGH really dislike my belly but starting to see that it can change now it may never be perfecy but it's getting better. I have beendoing 30ds but not consistantly....like only on level 2 still and only done 3 rounds of that, walking at least an hr at least 3 times a week as well as trying to get pilates in a couple times a week and trying to stick as best i can to calorie guidelines...my diary is open if you would like to look.I have been getting down because the scale isint budging at the moment so may try upping cals a little and see how that goes, but now after putting pics side by side I feel alot better about the scale not moving as much as I'd like :)

    looks like a big jelly with stripes
    but it is like it is we will get rid of it in time.

    i'm really curious is there anyone who managed to flat it with diet and exercise or tummy tuck is the only solution?

    I have been told the lower your fat % the more it will go down and if it's not over excessive it will over time shrink back, it just takes time :) I am hoping if that is how much mine can reduce in a month then with cardio and strenght training it will go back as I lose, i guess thats a good thing with not dropping the kgs as fast as I'd like, things are going in and up not more sagging at this stage :) fingers crossed

    Wow such a gr8 result after only 1 month - you are the incredible shrinking woman! Even your tattoo has shrunk lol. Well Done & thanks so much for sharing.

    Thanks :) I'm guessing the tatt has shrunk since my back isin't so fat lol maybe it will go back to proportion :) fingers crossed the rest of the body will continue to do the same. Thank-you for your lovely comment :)

    You look FAB for being only a mth into MFP!! im starting 30ds level 2 tomorrow and posted pics on my profile to see a difference since i havent seen any movement on the scale either..only lost .6lbs in 15days:( i also walk every evening with my youngest son on my back for 30 mins for extra cardio!! keep up the great work:)

    Goodluck and keep it up I'm finding it really hard to keep up with it consistantly I made it my goal to do 6 days last week and did 4 sessions of it so I am improving so the goal this week is to beat that by one so 5 days of shred here I come (if I can manage 6 then whoop whoop )

    Thank-you everyone for you amazing supportive comments. I feel like I can do this now I can reach my goal.It may not happen as fast as I'd like (like overnigh would be good lol ) but it will happen and I will get there !!
