Fava beans?!

hey just got some Fava beans at farmers market, any idea how to cook or prepare these?
Any info would be awesome!

    Take them out of the pod. Steam them for a few minutes to soften the white skin on each bean. Slip each bean out of the skin. Eat the green inner.

    It's basically just a bean, so do whatever you would ordinarily do with a bean. They're nice plain, or with a little salt and butter, or with lemon salt and butter.....

    The white skin is edible, but a little bitter. If you can't be bothered with prepping them and serving them without it, I'd take the skin off as you eat it.

    And it's defo a nice chianti. Chianti is a red wine, so not served chilled. . .
