Recipe Wanted: Aussie Pie

Good Morning Australia!
I am looking for a good Aussie Pie recipe. From what I can tell, there are 3 elements to the pie:
1) Crust
2) Filling
3) Assembly/Cooking
I would like a few variations, but authentic as possible. Is handheld the most traditional, or do you make larger? Shape? Style? From what I've seen they are similar to an English Pasty in construct, but that may not be right. That's why I ask.
I am not worried about what measurements you use, as I have US, Metric, and Imperial measuring tools at home. Just give it to me in the local measurements and I'll be fine.
Also, if you have a favorite "healthy" variation, I would love to see it!
If you are looking for something I can see if I have it.
Thanks all!

Thanks! Any other authentic ones?
BTW, I forgot that there is also metric cups. Is the recipe metric or imperial for the volumes? I'm guessing metric cups, but I want to be sure if that's what is used there currently.0 -
ok. This has been silent for a while. I appreciate the first recipe, but I would really like a crust recipe as well. Is it normal to use a combination shortcrust and puff? Any additional recipes would be greatly appreciated0
