Sync MyFitnessPal with Apple Watch??

I need help syncing my watch/health app to MyFitnessPal. I do what it says and I’ve looked up solutions but non of them are working. 😤 Has anyone run into this problem?

  Hi, I think my watch partially syncs with mfp. You should permit data source either for apple watch and mfp app settings.
