I don't have any before and after pics, but I've used it for cardio while using Chalean Extreme. (Many others have used the program alone) It is AWESOME cardio and you'll get great results if you commit to it.

Oh.. and it's TONS of fun!

I'm just about to do my final Turbofire work out today - 12 weeks completed :)
  • My girlfriend and I have done it. We both got amazing results and are actually Turbo Kick instructors now because of it!

I am doing the hybrid of TF/ChaLEAN extreme (it is like 20 weeks long) and I am just getting ready to start the lean phase (I have two months left). I have my pics on my profile. <
this one is a currant ab pic from just about a week a go.
  • I did it for 7 weeks and then got burned out on it. While I was doing it I really did like it and I got great results. It was just time for me to move on to something new.

I started it months ago, and am a beach body coach now. It is AMAZING! I've gotten about a dozen of my friends on it too. There are awesome High Intensity workouts that are VERY short, and it makes it easy to squeeze in at least a 250 cal burn for me on even a packed day. I'm finally down to my goal BMI because of it. I dont have any good before and after pics, aside from the ones on my beachbody.com profile. Worth every penny...or like me, I got it from a friend who had moved on to another series. Lucky me!

Here are my before and afters from the 9 week prep schedule. I started June 20th and here were my stats:
    weight: 218.8
    waist: 48
    chest: 50 1/2
    hips: 49

    These are from today
    weight: 199
    waist: 42
    chest: 44 1/26
    hips: 45 1/2

so 19.8 lbs, 6 inches off my waist, 6 1/2 off my chest and 3 1/2 off my hips in 9 weeks!

I am completely amazed at the results. Not so noticable for some, but that's ok. I can see the difference. Sorry for the crappy before picture. I put the same shirt on for both pics. In the first one you can see that it was tight and there many more rolls!

I am now going to start the 12 week program and add on the 8 week advanced program as well. I cannot wait to see the results from the 20 weeks!

I'm on week 11, so I'll post some final pics later. I've lost about 9lbs so far. I did NOT follow the diet that came with it and have actually been pretty lax with my MFP diet as well. The improvement in tone is WONDERFUL. However I've learned some things about strength training lately that have lead me to believe that the strength training included with Turbo Fire isn't that great....

I don't have any pics, but I love the workouts. I was hesitant in the beginning prior to the purchase, but I am so glad that I did. I love the intensity of the workouts and the music really helps to keep you going. I don't have any measurements yet, I just finished week two, but I can definitely feel my core toning up. I have been struggling with my last 20-30 pounds and am pretty certain this workout will help me reach my goals.

One thing I do like about the workouts, it is that it varies from day to day. I was doing JM Ripped in 30, which I liked, but its the same thing every day. The HIIT days are short and intense, but give you such energy, and the longer routines get me going for the day, and keep me going. The 40 minute stretch (yoga) routine are great too!!

I would say give it a try. If you don't like it, you can send it back, but I think that you will likely enjoy it. I LOVE IT!! (and I don't say that about a lot of workouts).
