Hello fellow back on tracker! I took Christmas off and put on half a stone (having lost a stone and a half over the past few months). No regrets. Enjoyed what I ate. Struggling to get back on the wagon. Want to lose a stone and a half before my friend's wedding in May. I know I can do it as long as I do it and stop saying "I'll start tomorrow"0
