Water, Water, Water... I need to drink more water!!! Help!!

I just seem to never be able to get enough water in throughout the day. Any pointers? Help!!!

How much water are you aiming for? What color is your pee?
If you really aren't drinking enough, vs not consuming a random number, try adding some lemon or otherwise infusing it with natural flavors. Buy yourself a nice water bottle and keep it with you.1 -

There's a Drink Water app you can add to your phone. It's helping remind me how often I need to have more. Also, my son got me a Zero water filter. It is so much easier for me to drink than the water from a tap and isn't adding all the plastic that bottled water does to the earth.3

I set out my water for the day in the morning. (A little over a gallon-8 bottles). I try to drink atleast half by 1pm. Also, 1 bottle as soon as i wake up and one before bed.
PS...i used to hate drinking water, and would only drink pop. Now, i love it! It just takes some getting used to. Also, be ready to run to the bathroom often! Lol

I’ve been using the Drink water app for the past week. It alerts me at the interval I choose (I chose 30 mins), calculates how much water you need each day based on weight, and divides to get how much you should drink each interval. I’ve been averaging 3 L a day since. It’s been great!1

I had the same problem with drinking water. I got a 24 oz cup with straw lid and now I have been drinking around 72 oz of water a day.0
