Treadmill in exercises??

Am I missing something? I can't find anything in the listed exercises that resembles running on a treadmill.

    It's just running.

Energy burned running on a treadmill (not moving your body any distance) is completely different than that burned running on the road. (remember W = F x D from high school?)

It isn't. The difference is not significant. Use the running numbers.

This article talks about the differences in calorie burn. It’s not especially dramatic. Upping the incline on the treadmill can help reduce the difference even more.

I’ve just been using the running numbers and it hasn’t stopped me from losing weight. If you’re really worried about it then don’t eat back all the calories MFP gives you.
