Hi all...

I just wanted to drop a quick note and say "hi"! I'm looking for some buddies. I recently started an 8 week boot camp program where I work out with a group twice a week and receive personalized training with an instructor one day a week. I'm supposed to do the personalized program twice more per week. I try to get in an extra hour of cardio on the other two days that aren't filled up with boot camp activities.

As for other fitness activities, I am also into karate, (green belt going for blue) and I've discovered a love for Zumba and Dance Central on the XBox 360 Kinect. I have instructed yoga in the past.

I'm currently working to lose those last "15" pounds that everyone seems to struggle with. Anyone want to buddy up?

    I've thought about doing a boot camp but they are very expensive here. Feel free to add me if you want to. I'm trying to increase my fitness and health.
  • i'd love to "buddy up" i think the more the merrier and the more motivation and inspiration. xo
