Trouble syncing Fitbit to mfp

I have a Fitbit zip. I click on devices in mfp app and then select another device and select mine and it takes me to mfp website and says I’m already connected. However, when I open back up the back and back space out of their it goes back to no device selected. I can’t get them to sync up. Please help!

    Where it shows connected...try to disconnect, then re-add it. I have had to do this several times too. Good luck!
