Hello, my name is Angel and would like to share experiences and ideas. I have lost 48 pounds in 12 month but then started lifting weights and gain about 15 pounds. I had measured my self but believe the weight is due to bigger arms and legs. My waist is still the same. Well that was just my intro. I hope to make many friends with similar goals
