I've been doing keto for almost two weeks now totally expected more results by now this is a difficult diet I don't know if I'm doing something wrong is there anyone that can help me counting my fat carbs protein fiber there's so many different articles out there it's hard to know what you should be doing I'm getting very discouraged and frustrated I've gone 2 weeks no sugar low carbs high fat and I feel like I'm gaining my scale says I'm not but I feel like I am it's a hard diet to understand

    Are you tracking how much you are eating? No matter what diet you are on, it works by consuming fewer calories than your body needs to get through the day, including your activity.

    Calories are all that matter for weight loss; taking in fewer calories than your body expends.

    Macros - protein, fat, and carbs can be personal preferences for satiety and fitness goals, or for help with medical issues.

    Losign weight is jus the first step. If keto is hard, what will maintenance look like?
