Hi there! I am not too sure how to work this app/website but I think I'm getting the hang of it, I would love to learn tips and tricks. Try to eat whole foods, been sucking at sticking to the diet. Since August 2018 I've lost around 20+ lbs and have been able to keep it off but times are trying LOL
