New to website

Hi everyone, I am from Indianapolis and I am new to this website. Started Saturday the 20th and I already feel so much better. I am hoping to lose 30 pounds. My doctor wants me to be more aware of my carbs, fat and protein along with my calories. This website makes it easy.:smile::smile:

    I have been here for almost 9 weeks and LOVE IT!!!
    The best advice i can give you is...
    Count EVERYTHING you put in your mouth ~
    Drink more water than you ever thought you could ~
    and make sure you move.... walk, run, swim, play sports... frisbee.... exercise class.... hoola hoop.... anything... just MOVE!!
