Under cardio on MFP, there is a listing for strength Training.0

I always just used the MFP database for strength training under cardio and that seemed to work fine.2

I have used the database entry for five years now with no issues. I was conservative at first; not knowing if it was over or under but my real life numbers worked out to what mfp was giving me. I get about 150 calories per hour (this includes rest periods). Have had no issues with eating all those calories and losing or maintaining.6

I use MFP. I used to ignore it, but Garmin has been giving me fewer and fewer calories for my runs and I was getting too hungry on lift days. Now I need the extra 150 or so extra calories!0
