How do you calculate weight lifting calories burned?

I am doing the New Rules of Lifting for Women program three times a week - how do I calculate caloric expenditure?

    Under cardio on MFP, there is a listing for strength Training.

    I always just used the MFP database for strength training under cardio and that seemed to work fine.

    I use MFP. I used to ignore it, but Garmin has been giving me fewer and fewer calories for my runs and I was getting too hungry on lift days. Now I need the extra 150 or so extra calories!
