Lychees. Sadly, they cost a bomb and are rarely in the shops. I'd happily live on lychees.

    really? how many cals/ serving?
  • How funny... I was just thinking about this the other day. If I keep Lucky Charms in the house, they are gone too quickly! I will save calories just so I can have a bowl. Thank God I am not the only one.
  • i love cereal too:) its kinda weird but this is what i do

a layer of Fage 0% yogurt w/ truvia sweetner

a layer of cheerios or any cereal

a layer of fat free chocolate pudding

    and strawberries on top.

    YUM!!!!!

about 200 cals (give or take)
  • Edamame. I get the steamfresh bags you put in the microwave. I could eat it everyday!

In fact, that's what I JUST finished eating for supper! YUM! "Kashi cinnamon squares" and "Oats and More" which is a store brand.

I too love Edamame. I don't even need salt with them. At Costco they have a box of 12 individual servings. It is awesome. My 18 month old loves them too. Sometimes I don't want to share.

Hummus I cant get enough especially when spicy:drinker:
  • I LOVE cereal too! Mmmm.... just had some for dinner!

    My two most favorites are:

    Quaker Honey Oh's
    Banana Nut Cheerios

Both of those kinds with a banana cut up in it........ YUM!

I also love any sort of granola but hate that it is so high in calories.
  • South Beach Living High Protein Cereal Bars (peanut butter)

OK, so I had to post a really weird one.

Marshmallow fluff -

I know, how do you think I got here.. Seriously, it is not allowed in the house..

I'm hoping that after I have been here a while longer I'll have a less shocking fixation.

I love it in smoothies, with pineapple juice, in Thai food. I just love it. But it is taboo for now:sad:

cereal's a big thing around our house too... don't know what it is about it, but yeah, it's better than just about anything! My Fave is cheerios with a banana.

Rice Chex has the fewest calories so far of a regular cereal and you get like a whole cup. So I get the RIce Chex and the kids get everything else.... and they'd better not touch my Rice Chex.
