I only usually like rock or metal when I work out because it motivates me... otherwise it's too much. Thoughts? Haha. Any one else have a special artist or genre they love?

  • My playlist goes from 2pac to George Strait, I enjoy music and all it's genres. :)

Classic Rock is my go-to genre. I never grow tired of it.

Ozzy and Billy Joel are my two main loves. They mean more to me than I could ever express.

I love gangsta rap too haha. My ipod has literally every genre. I just feel like classic rock, r&b, reggae and others make me relax but not push through my workout like metal does. Its aggressive I suppose. Also hip hop and reggaeton I love to run to. It pumps me up I guess. But I love your insights everyone. N I've nvr listened to polka so idk.

My taste is a pretty narrow range, working out or listening... classic hard rock/metal and heavy alternative.

I grew up hearing classical thanks to my dad so I can tolerate it, even appreciate a couple of pieces, but country and opera make me want to stab someone.

I like country haha. I don't think there's any music I really despise... hmmm... opera I don't care for though.

I like most anything. My playlist includes everything from NIN to Neil Diamond, Eric Church to the Beatles, The Fratellis to Eminem and so on.. my faves are probably 90's grunge and new age indie stuff though.

80s and 90s rap, r&b, blues, jazz (not smooth jazz though), reggae, some rock, rock and roll, electronic, some pop (mostly 80s), some punk rock, funk, soul and funky sole. I can tolerate a few country music songs but some of the heavy metal/death metal stuff is too out there for me.
