    what kind of diet do you follow? that might help to know. i don't know if these ingredients are available in the uk but i've been loving me some three bean salad lately. very high fiber and not too high in calories. it's lima beans, kidney beans and green beans with a vinegar dressing and the spice is celery seed and finely chopped onion. let me know if you'd like the recipe

    Tonight we had sweet potato pork fried rice the sweet pot was the rice it was so good!

    @alicebhsia1 that sounds so yummy yes we have the mixed bean salad over here I’m following calorie counting so this would be perfect thank you 😊
