Hi from Texas! Looking forward to a healthy, active 2019! I would like to lose 8-10 lbs. I don’t feel hungry when I am eating a Ketogenic diet, but my husband is more about calorie counting. So, I am going to try a modified Keto diet along with counting calories. In Keto you subtract the fiber grams from the carb grams to get actual carbs. Is there a way to do that on MyFitnessPal? So, here we GO!

someone just informed me today that if you go to home and then settings, there's a place where you can change one of your tracked "nutrients" to fiber. i changed protein, she changed sodium..1
