Achieving goals in 2019?!!!

Are you achieving your goals in 2019? What are your fitness and/or diet goals?

My goals for 2019:
1) Workout at Barre Studio 3 times a week.

2) 10,000 steps a day minimum

3) Dry January and less alcohol remainder of year after I hit my weight target. I have let 14 pound creep up on me over the years.

4) Eating healthy/Weigh in each Monday:

Jan finishing: 142
Jan Goal: 3 pounds lose (not water weight)

Feb goal: 4 pounds 138lbs

March goal: 4 pounds 134lbs

    Weight Management Goal: lose 14lbs of maintenance creep and get BMI back down to 20.7
    -down 4lbs so far (10lbs to go)

    Winter Fitness Goal: walk 1 mile a day, every day, as weather allows (if it gets below 30 degrees or icy then no walk)

    Nutrition Goals:
    -continue transitioning to a mostly whole foods, pescetarian woe. Focussing on beans, vegetables, fruit, whole grains and 3 servings of fish a week.
    -continue upping fiber intake until consistently at 30+ grams a day
