    Feel free to add me. I had lost about 50 pounds 3 years ago and slowly let depression and life take over. Now I'm trying to lose about 70ish pounds slowly over time and change my whole way of eating and how I see food. Could use some supportive friends on here. :)

    I too am starting back. I lost 50 pounds last year and after my trip in January 2018 - i couldn;t get back on track and feelings of guilt and self doubt stopped me. Ready to get back on the horse and kick butt this time. WoUld also enjoy support. Please feel free to add me
