Well, here we are again..
I've piled on weight, I now weigh in at an unhealthy 22 stone (139kg), my knees hurt all the time, and I have constant headaches (amongst other things..).
I hate myself and I've done nothing about it.. until now !!
Now i'm prepared to become healthier, fitter and hopefully live longer.. Lets go!!
