Intro stressing

Hi all,
Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I'm 37 and from north-eastern Mass... close enough to Boston to catch the train but far enough away that I don't go into town that often!
I had successfully changed my habits over 2009 & 2010 to lose over 20 pounds, staying in shape and getting back to my ideal weight. WWonline was a help but a lot had to do with my motivation and energy at the time. Unfortunately due to some changes in my life and an unexpected cancer diagnosis for my mom, I allowed myself a lot of freedom over the past six months to avoid paying attention to food and exercise.
The eventual result... every pound I had lost has now come back to find me and some of them brought friends. ugh ;o)
I'd love to help support others and get some support myself and have high hopes that I'm better able to deal with stress these days. I'm now eating out of the garden and have even joined the local YMCA. I'd love to hear from others who are online as much as me (half of my work is in social media) or that are in the Merrimack Valley/Essex County areas of Massachusetts. The more the merrier will make this adventure ever so much fun! (or at least a tad less painful....)
Cheers!

Welcome! I love the support from the friends on here, feel free to add me and I will try to help keep you motivated and maybe even get a giggle or two from you. I want to get into shape, but I don't want to miserable so... if I can't laugh at myself, who could I? Good Luck to you.:laugh:0
