Hi guys I’m so determined to lose this weight once and for all I’ve got to stop messing about and really focus now!! I can’t exercise due to illness but that’s not going to stop me from losing the weight, I’ve done it before so I can do it again!! I would love to hear off people who have managed to lose a large amount of weight without any exercise, more success stories the better good luck to each and everyone of you hope you smash your goals this year katie ..xx..
