What time of day do you weigh in and how often??

I weigh myself first thing in the morning after I use the bathroom. I try to only weigh myself once a week but usually end up weighing 2-3 times a week.0

i always wait till monday mornings
i never check during the week
it gives me something to look forward to
and your weight flucuates so much
after a good weeks of exercise it seems more accurate to me to only do it once0 -

I weigh-in every time I go to the gym (about every other day), but I only log losses below my previous MFP lowest.I tried the once a week method (b/c I used to be obsessive about weighing myself EVERY morning and sometimes more often), but it was so disappointing if it happened to be a day my weight was fluctuating up. It took a month or so to get used to the ups and downs and to NOT be bothered by the ups, but now the normal fluctuations don't even phase me. Also, I'm no longer obsessive about the scale. Sometimes I weigh myself at home, but most days I don't even think about it.0

I only weigh in the morning, after the restroom and before getting in the shower. I probably weigh myself every morning. I know weight fluctuates so I don't let the changes get me down. It just helps me keep on track better.0

Tuesday evening for me, I use the scale in the chemist while I am near it. My weigh ins are evening and fully clothes.0

Thur evenings when I go to JC. Shoes are off (they need to be as they're steel caps!) but clothed. Might upset the ladies of j strip to nothing.0
