Was curious to know everyone's thoughts on what and how much vitamins a 39-year-old male should be taking?
I try to eat well and run a few times a day. I would say I eat "normal" (50% at home healthy, 25% take out healthy, and 25% take out unhealthy).
Currently, I have heard that I should be taking multi-vitamins, calcium, potassium, and iron.
Any other recommendations?
