Lifting two days in a row

For the last month, I been training 3x a week, but two of those days are back to back. Because of my schedule for the last month, I manage to workout Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays rather than MWF or STT. How bad is it to train two days in a row like this each week and then resting for 3 days before going back again? I'm still in the process of fixing my schedule back to how I normally do it.

Are you doing different lifts on those back to back days? You're fine.0

Do full body/upper/lower and you're good to go0

I tend to do full body 3x a week but each day is different.0

You'll be fine then.1 -
It's probably not ideal, but most of us don't live in the ideal. What you're doing is way better than doing nothing, so just pay attention to your body and how it's recovering, and go from there.0

Thank you! If I start feeling like I reached my limit, I would stop and call it a day. But it could be a coincidence but since I started doing this, I went up in weights on my squats and other exercises. Not exactly sure but I'm happy with that.0

Makes no difference as long as you regulate your intensity and if not lifting using in a LP style template(SS, SL, TM, etc..) that would have you chasing numbers on the bar.
I squat back to back once a week and bench twice back to back for a total of four days of benching a week and have no recover issues short or long term.
Its about programming correctly and building stimulus to disrupt homeostasis.
I could see a case where hypertrophy might be not exactly optimal, but as far as strength you can gain fine both days assuming you monitor your fatigue and use a useful intensity.
This very common in post novice trainees.0 -
I do push/pull/legs/push/pull/legs and take the 7th day off... no issues here!!!0
