Hello friends. First week was rough. Thanks to you tubers for sharing fat bombs or I would have quit. Using perfect Keto chocolate MCT powder in my fat bomb recipe ( from Gretchen fitmomjourney.com). 6T Jerry gold butter + 6 oz cream cheese + 3 T Stevia + 6 scoops MCT powder + 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1/2 cup skippy peanut butter + tiny portion Lily’s chocolate.
I do not know how that fat bomb recipe adds up for each serving ??
I think next time I will add a scoop of my protein powder as well
Syntrax Necter chocolate whey protein powder.
Serving size 1/4 scoop
Calories 25
Carb ZERO!!!
Sugar ZERO
Protein 23 g in 1 full scoop
Or add to coffee or half n half
I hope this helps my macros. Still going over in carbs 12% today goal 5%

no accurate way to know how the recipe adds up unless you weigh all ingredients on a food scale, enter the ingredients(using the correct entries) into the recipe builder and putting how many servings there will be. and there will be carbs if you are using peanut butter(there are some carbs in PB),there are some carbs in cream cheese too about 1.2 grams per ounce, and 1.2 carbs per tbsp of extract so there will be carbs. as for the protein and fat again use the recipe builder and go from there.1 -
