Three things I like about being thinner:

1) Needing a belt to keep my pants up rather than to keep them closed

2) Not looking in my closet and seeing the "thin" clothes all pushed asside

3) Looking down and actually seeing the scale

    1) Way more cute clothes to choose from at the store.
    2) I can give myself an awesome pedicure without suffocating.
    3) Not having to worry about being seated at a booth because I have to squeeze in.

    Congrats on your progress so far!

    My 3:

    1. Being able to bend over foward and tie my shoes!

    2. Not having my butt hanging over the sides of chairs and not worrying which chairs I should sit in when I go somewhere.

    3. Crossing my legs!!!!!

    Congrats on everyone's progress.

    My three things:
    1) crossing my legs
    2) not having my thighs rub when I am wearing a dress
    3) buying shirts in an XL instead of a 4X

    1: not seeing the massive indent on the sofa when i get up.

    2: having to pull up my pants b/c they're too big, NOT b/c my fat roll is pushing them down

    3: not feeling my fat vibrate all over my body while speed walking at work

    2. My pants don't leave indents on my stomach...meaning there is no longer a little round imprint on my belly when I take my pants off.

    3. My feet don't hurt nearly as much anymore after a full day in heels.

    Oh, man! I know what you mean about your feet hurting. I thought I was going to have to spring for custom orthotic insoles to the tune of $400.

    1) no more summer chub rub!! (summers used to be miserable big!)
    2) bikinis!
    3) being able to take pictures sideways and not cringe at the size of my arms :D

    1. Being able to donate my "fat" clothes. I love helping other people.
    2. The looks I get at work from everybody
    3. Being able to keep up with my kids :o)

    1) Being a L instead of a 2XL
    2) Being able to shop in a normal shop rather than a larger persons shop
    3) Having to make new notches in my belt because I've gone beyond all the holes it came with

    1.) Being able to wear underwear that don't look like my grandma's!

    2.) Not feeling tired all the time :smile:

    3.) Being able to "impulse" shop when I find a cute top-because they actually have it in my size!

    Hi everyone

    My 3 are:

    1. Fit on an economy airplane seat nicely and not have to spend the extra money for business class seats.
    2. Have my knees stop hurting.
    3. Not be afraid to sit in those white plastic outdoor furniture chairs that look so flimsy.

  • well, i don't currently experience these things lol, but when i lost weight BEFORE and was thinner, these were some things i loved then and thinking about them helps motivate me to get there again:

    1) NO muffin top when wearing jeans!
    2) wearing shorts and rashes without getting chub rub on my thighs.
    3) just the simple pride of knowing i look great :)

    1. Being able to shop at any store (even the boutique ones that don't carry anything over a size 10-12) - Getting closer!
    2. Being able to wear heels longer without killing my feet - Better already!
    3. Wearing shorts and dresses again - Better already!

    My top 3 favorite things about having lost 70 pounds:

    1. Being able to walk without back pain.
    2. Purging my closet of all my size 24 and up.
    3. Knowing that I've only just begun and that this time I am going to go ALL THE WAY and STAY THERE!

    I can't wait for that one. I've lost 41 lbs and I STILL don't trust them.

    Mine are....

    1. My wedding ring fits again. Haven't been able to wear it in 13 years.
    2. I can outrun my 113 lb teenager.
    3. We do more stuff as a family because I actually feel like doing more than just sitting on the couch all weekend.
  • 1. after losing 9st, no longer being the biggest person in the room
    2. being able to walk for an hr, and, still have energy left
    3. looking forward to saying goodbye to my final 2 st

    1. Not having to wear pantyhose under my pants to suck me in.
    2. Being able to sit in a booth at a restaurant.
    3. Not having my pants wear out at the inner thigh from my thighs running together.

    These are Great!!!

    1. Being able to put on my Fiance's pants and be able to zip them up.

    2. Being a size 6 in Anne Taylor's, ( I guess they run a little big though haha size 10 everywhere else)

    3. Being able to run and exercise and still feel strong and energized afterwards.

    I know this is going to sound weird but rubbing deodorant on your inner thighs keeps them from getting irritated.
