Hi there. There's a fab group on here called '100 + pounds with NO surgery' for people who have similar weight ranges to lose (I'm one of them). Its a really supportive friendly group 2

I am on a similar journey (started 2018 with the goal of losing 125.2). If you want a little more structure (depends on what works for you), I am also in this MFP group, which has daily check-ins, weekly weigh-ins, and lots of supportive conversation:

I’ve about 85 or so left to loose, might adjust up or down closer to goal. I just started training today so interested to see how that works out.

Hi there! I'm on a very similar journey. My goal is to lose 235 lbs.
I'm more than halfway to go that goal as of this week, having lost 138 pounds. I'd love to send you a friend request. And to everyone else here on the thread as well! Always looking for active MFPers let's do this 3 -
