Just starting up...thought I was a bit overwieight.....

Thought I was a bit over weight but after doing the BMI it was a not so pleasant reminder that I am actually bordering obesity:( Hoping to do well.

    You'll do great!! I know I was shocked when I started and looked at my BMI and saw I was "obese"....now I'm just overweight, but hoping that will soon change to HEALTHY once I reach my goal weight!

    I started off at obese and now i'm normal!! if I can do it, so can you!! :) this is a great start!! I lost my weight through tracking calories and exersize.

    Don't sweat it too much, the BMI system is flawed.

    You can do it! Just believe in yourself. It's important to take yourself where you are (and it sounds like you are aware of your starting point) but don't beat yourself up.
