How do you edit your own post?

I'm sure this has been asked before but not sure where to look for the answer. Can anyone tell me how to edit my own post... It's one of those where you add to it each week but I don't know how so look like I've lost interest!

    You only have a 1-hour window to edit your posts. You can quote, remove the quote tags, and add to it that way in a subsequent post.
