Totally Off

It really sucks when you think you're eating right and you log in your food and find out it's all wrong. My portion sizes are way too big

    This is the beauty of My Fitness Pal. It really opens your eyes to how much you are eating.

    Don't stress about it too much: It's an evolutionary process. You review what you're doing, then tweak it to better meet your goals. You don't have to go from your starting point to perfection all in one day. ;)

    Just keep making adjustments in a postive direction, persistently, and you'll get there!

    Getting into the healthier habits is a learning experience - be patient with yourself, it is going to take some time until you finally get it right. I have found having a food scale helps tremendously with my portion control. If you do not already have one, I would highly recommend investing in one - they are wonderful to have!
