Picked up this beautiful walking buddy this morning. Who do you get to exercise with?

    My 14-year-old son, who can be freaking annoying sometimes! :laugh: I can't wait until he can drive himself to the gym! ;)

    Whoever offers me my squat cage they were using when I walk into the gym and stays out of my way is my buddy.

    No photos, but at a particular time of year, we get pretty little dragonflies, only around half an inch long, that will perch on a hat or t-shirt back for long periods as we row on the river . . . sometimes in multiples, even.

    They freak some people out, but I think they're kinda cute.

    I lift with my 16 year old!

    My cardio is my "me" time.

    Based on the pic, that's a millipede not a centipede. A minor difference but you can see that the legs are grouped in two's rather than singly. Fun buddies nonetheless :)

    My cat is my workout buddy if I'm doing something at home. I love him to death, but he makes planks and bridges very difficult because he insists that he needs to lay beneath me.
