just in this for a week now and i love it. it is keeping me on the right track with eating smaller portions.

    I just finished my first week too, I was surprised at how much cutting back helped. I'm still eating the things I love, just in moderation. But it was surprisingly easy to make good food choices and stick to the daily plan... I was amazed! Hope you continue on, best of luck!
