How to add Body Pump classes to the exercise section

Hi,
I was wondering if any knows how to add the Body Pump classes that they have at Good Life or another way to upload it. If you know the approximate calories lost in an 1 hour session please do let me know.

    Circuit training is a good match for the training style but my personal feeling is that the METS value is pretty high - high end of the wide range of intensity different people will aspire to or actually achieve.

    An alternative is search for "Les Mills BODYPUMP" which seems to have a lower METS value assigned.
